Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:‬
‭We want you to enjoy our products as soon as possible. Please allow up to 12 hours for us to process your order. For orders placed before 12PM ET we expect to process your order and ship it out the same day. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you‬ know your order is on the way!‬

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:‬
‭Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days using UPS or Fedex. We do not ship outside of the United States at this‬ time.‬ For calculated shipping rates:‬‭ Shipping charges for‬‭ your order will be calculated and‬ displayed at checkout.‬
‭We offer FAST & FREE 3 to 5 day shipping to anywhere in the continental US. And, if you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you! 

We offer 2nd Day Air Expedited shipping for an extra charge.

 

REFUNDS,RETURNS AND EXCHANGES‬
‭We accept returns up to 30-days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original‬
‭ condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.‬

 

DAMAGED GOODS OR INCORRECT ORDERS:
‭In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible‬ at care@aurelux.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We‬ address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory‬ solution.‬
